You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Churwell in Leeds.

THIS ROLE WOULD BE IDEAL FOR A NEWLY QUALIFIED PHARMACIST

This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding cities/towns/villages and is located on next to a GP surgery which It has a good relationship with.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 1000 items a week,
• It provides services including pharmacy first, blood pressure, ABPM, DMS, flu, covid, NMS, contraception, minor ailments, weigh management and a range of private services.
• It provides services to 5 substance misuse patients.
• It dispenses 20 community blisters mainly dispensed from our central hub.

This pharmacy is open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.

The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of two pharmacy assistants.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacyexperience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
