Job summary

Well Pharmacy in Falkirk is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our community pharmacy. The role covers a pharmacy open with strong ties to the GP surgery and the local community.

You will lead a dedicated team, ensure 9am-6pm weekday coverage, and help deliver Pharmacy First and NHS/private services. GPhC registration is required on start date, and relocation support is offered where applicable.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Falkirk.

This community pharmacy is commutable from East Glasgow or West Edinburgh and has a great relationship with the GP surgery.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 3,000 items a week
• It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, NHS & private services.
• It provides services to the local community and 20 substance misuse patients and care homes.

This pharmacy is open 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 10am-4pm Sunday. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of three ACT's and four pharmacy assistants.
