Well Pharmacy in Thrybergh, Rotherham is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead a busy community pharmacy on the high street. You will oversee a small team and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, including Pharmacy First and NHS/private services.

With a strong focus on mental health and wellbeing, the role offers career development, relocation options, and a supportive management structure.

Qualifications

• MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required.
• You’ll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients.
• You’ll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Thrybergh in Rotherham.

This community pharmacy is commutable from Doncaster or Sheffield and is located on the high street. It has a good relationship with the GP surgery/health centre.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 7,000 items a month.
• It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, NHS & private services.
• It provides services to substance misuse patients and it dispenses 45 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and is closed on weekends. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of two full time and one part time colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You’ll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacyexperience for your patients and customers.

You’ll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
