Job summary

Autajon Group in Royston seeks a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow the UK pharmaceutical and healthcare markets. You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers and manage projects from prospecting through to commercial launch.

You will develop and win new business, maintain a strong sales pipeline and work with technical, quality and production teams to deliver customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B business development.
• Experience selling into pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles.
• Proficient in CRM and pipeline management.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting and industry events.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
• Work closely with technical, quality and production teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Represent Autajon at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
