Job summary

Autajon is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow its pharmaceutical packaging business across the UK. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers and manage projects from prospecting through to commercial launch.

You will work with technical, quality and production teams to deliver customer solutions, maintain CRM records and forecasts, and attend customer meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B business development.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles.
• Proficient in CRM and pipeline management.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to develop new business across the UK pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.

You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers and manage projects from prospecting through to commercial launch.
