Job summary

Autajon Group in the UK seeks a Luxury Business Development Manager to drive new business in target sectors, building a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into contracts.

You will identify prospects, craft strategic plans, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to award, working with procurement, packaging, marketing and operations teams to close profitable deals.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B new business sales experience.
• Strong ability to build pipeline and close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and win new business opportunities across key market sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to generate qualified leads.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers including Procurement, Packaging, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Generate appointments through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and industry events.
• Deliver compelling customer presentations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of new customers into the business.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and opportunity reporting via Salesforce CRM & Slack.
• Represent the business at exhibitions, networking events and customer meetings.
• Achieve agreed new business revenue and margin targets.
