Job summary

inspiring vet care’s Donnington Grove Veterinary Group in Newbury is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to welcome clients and their pets, book appointments and handle enquiries. You will support the smooth running of the practice by assisting with payments, diaries and frontline client care in a friendly, professional setting.

• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong service focus.
• Great communication and a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and clinical teams to deliver high standards of care.
• Meet and greet clients and their pets, book appointments.
• Manage telephone and email enquiries and take payments.
• Support cash handling and end-of-day banking.
