You will support the front-desk operations in a busy veterinary setting, handling enquiries, taking payments, and ensuring a positive client journey. This part-time role offers varied shifts and a patient-centric team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a service focus.
• Excellent communication and a professional, welcoming manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Confident with IT systems and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and clinical teams to deliver a high standard of customer care.
• Meet and greet clients and their pets.
• Book appointments and manage clinician diaries.
• Manage telephone and email enquiries.
• Take payments for services and products.
• Manage cash handling and end-of-day banking processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for clients and pets.
