Job summary

Medivet Potters Bar is seeking a Client Care Assistant to join a friendly, close-knit team. You’ll handle reception, greet clients, and update records, while triaging emergencies and rearranging urgent appointments as needed. You’ll manage the diary, respond to calls, and ensure online bookings are open for clients to book.

You’ll work with a supportive team and have opportunities to learn in a busy practice that values patient care and client service.

Qualifications

• Exceptional client-facing care and reception skills.
• Good numeracy and experience with online appointment systems.
• Team player, calm under pressure, flexible and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reception duties, greeting clients and updating records.
• Triage emergency appointments and rearrange as needed.
• Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability.
• Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
• Ensure online booking slots are available for clients.
• Process repeat prescription orders and collaborate with the team.
