Job summary

Medivet Potters Bar is seeking a Client Care Assistant to join a friendly, close-knit team. You’ll handle reception, greet clients, and update records, while triaging emergencies and rearranging urgent appointments as needed. You’ll manage the diary, respond to calls, and ensure online bookings are open for clients to book.

You’ll work with a supportive team and have opportunities to learn in a busy practice that values patient care and client service.

Working alongside a Branch Partner, Veterinary Surgeon, Graduate Vet and 3 RVNs, you'll be part of a close-knit team committed to delivering outstanding care for patients and excellent service for clients. As a Client Care Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the practice, helping to create a positive experience for every client and pet that visits us. You’ll have good numeracy skills, with experience of using online appointment booking systems.
