As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door or contact the practice. You will support the clinical team by ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and administrative activities.
We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in a customer service and demonstrates excellent communication. Is confident using computers and learning new systems. Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment. Shows empathy and compassion when supporting clients during emotional situations. Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Enjoys working as part of a team while also being able to work independently. Has a genuine passion for animal welfare. Previous veterinary practice experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
You're skilled at providing exceptional client facing care, with excellent reception skills. You'll have good numeracy skills, with experience of using online appointment booking systems. You're a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.
