Job summary

Vets for Pets in Leeds (Birstall) is offering a part-time role spanning 24.5 hours per week, including weekends on a rota, with a 9 month fixed-term contract that could become permanent depending on business needs.

You will be the friendly face for clients and their pets, greeting arrivals, guiding services, managing payments and bookings, and keeping up to date with our online booking system. The role requires a calm, client-focused approach and good computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Excellent client service and ability to build relationships with clients, pets and staff.
• Ability to use online booking system and basic computer literacy.
• Calm, attentive and focused on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and care to their pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, their pets and the practice team.
• Greet clients, offer guidance and manage payments and future bookings using the online booking system.
