Job summary

Vets for Pets in Keighley is seeking a friendly receptionist to provide exceptional client service and to support the veterinary team. You will greet clients and their pets, manage payments and future bookings, and help ensure smooth daily operations using our online booking system.

Previous reception experience is desirable and customer-facing work is essential. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with some Saturday shifts; part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist is desirable.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential.
