Job summary

Nudge Education Limited in London is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting. You will build trust, monitor progress, carry out risk assessments, and work with families and professionals to create engaging learning experiences.

A minimum of two years' experience and a valid UK driving licence are essential; eligibility to work in the UK and three days per week availability are

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Experience working with ADHD and SEMH is required.
• Experience and confidence working with challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
