We’re seeking aproactive and highly organised Personal Assistantto support the JointCEO for Siemens Mobility who is also the Managing Director for our Rolling Stock & Customer Services business.

This is a pivotal role supporting a leader whose team is responsible for everything frombuilding brand new trains– like those forLondon Underground’s Piccadilly line– tokeeping existing fleets running smoothlyacross the UK. The CEO is also involved instrategic, legal and external matters, so this position calls for a high level ofintegrity, discretion and professionalism.

You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced environment, providing trusted support to the CEO and leadership team, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and keeping the wider business connected and informed.

Based at ourLondon head office, you’ll work within ahybrid model, spending3 days a week in the office, with a flexible approach to adapt to the needs of those you’re supporting and collaborating with.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Act as strategic business partner anticipating executive needs, highlighting potential challenges or opportunities, and synthesizing key information to aid decision‑making.
  • Proactively managing a complex diary and ensuring time is used effectively. Strategically allocating executive time, identifying delegation opportunities, and ensuring meeting effectiveness from agenda to follow‑up.
  • Organising travel, logistics and approvals efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinating logistics for board meetings, leadership off‑sites and client events.
  • Being involved in planning and delivering company events (conferences, team building, etc)
  • Handling invoices, budgets and purchase orders.
  • Handling correspondence and information flow, acting independently and escalating only when needed.
  • Preparing and coordinating materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Creating clear, professional presentations and reports for a range of audiences.
  • Working closely with other PAs across Siemens Mobility to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and support across functions.
  • Assisting with special projects and cross‑departmental initiatives.
  • Acting as a trusted link between the CEO, the leadership team, the wider business and internal & external stakeholders.
