A support organization in the UK seeks a caring individual to assist a 13-year-old boy with autism. The role requires supporting swimming, community activities, and maintaining the child's dignity and independence. Applicants must demonstrate good communication skills, reliability, and flexibility. The position is part-time, offering 4 hours per week at £13.50 per hour employed or £16.07 per hour self-employed. A valid driving license and own vehicle are essential.
To support a 13-year-old boy who is autistic and has dysplasia of the hips so needs to avoid high impact and slopes to access the community to participate in a range of activities and for regular swimming.
