Job Title: Personal Assistant (Office-Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our busy administration team in Wolverhampton. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting a successful Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with both new and existing clients, handling queries and service requests professionally.
  • Conduct pre-business research to support financial planning and advice.
  • Prepare reports for new business and client meetings.
  • Assist in the arrangement and preparation of client review meetings.
  • Process applications and documentation for life, pension, and investment products.
  • Support compliance procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance providers and other third parties.
  • Manage diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently using your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is essential.
  • Proficiency with the Intelliflo back-office system is essential.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
