We are now looking for a talentedPersonal Assistantto join us in the UK.
How you will create impact:- Provide wide-ranging support to several Partners based in the Life Sciences team in the London office, and become an integral part of the wider Life Sciences team
- Work in a fast-paced environment liaising with different internal and external stakeholders both in the UK and internationally
- Proactively manage diaries and book meetings internally and with clients, building strong relationships with other PAs in the company and at client organisations
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, coordinating with the project team members
- Proactively manage actions and follow ups relating to your Partners’ work areas
- Attend meetings to take minutes & actions as required
- Support on developing reports and presentations for your Partners as needed
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and with relevant client contacts, both in the UK and internationally
- Support Partners with business expense claims, ensuring that expenses are submitted in advance of deadlines
- Team up with other PAs in the business to be a key support to the organisation, playing a pivotal part in its growth and covering for each other flexibly to provide a seamless service
- Work alongside Central Functions colleagues on London office initiatives, and contribute ideas to continuously improve our internal processes
Your profile:- Experience in a PA role or similar, supporting several senior people
- Experience working within a consultancy/professional services or similarly fast-paced environment, with a global presence and working across multiple time zones
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise a busy schedule
- Willingness to get the job done, sometimes within short timescales and with challenging deadlines
- Flexibility, able to excel in an environment where things can change quickly and responsibilities will be diverse
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous focus on quality
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, across Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams in particular
- Enjoy working as part of a team, supporting colleagues
- Comfortable working predominantly from the office, with some opportunity for remote work
