We are now looking for a talented Personal Assistant to join us in the UK.
How you will create impact:
- Provide wide-ranging support to several Partners based in the Life Sciences team in the London office, becoming an integral part of the wider team
- Work in a fast-paced environment liaising with internal and external stakeholders both in the UK and internationally
- Proactively manage diaries and book meetings internally and with clients, building strong relationships with other PAs and stakeholders
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, coordinating with project team members
- Manage actions and follow-ups related to your Partners’ work areas
- Attend meetings to take minutes and actions as required
- Support in developing reports and presentations for your Partners
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including relevant client contacts in the UK and internationally
- Assist Partners with business expense claims, ensuring timely submission
- Collaborate with other PAs to support organisational growth and provide seamless service
- Work with Central Functions colleagues on London office initiatives and contribute ideas for process improvements
Your profile:
- Experience supporting several senior professionals in a PA or similar role
- Experience in a consultancy, professional services, or a fast-paced, global environment across multiple time zones
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize a busy schedule
- Willingness to work under short deadlines and handle changing priorities
- Flexibility and adaptability in responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude
- Comfortable working mainly from the office with some remote work opportunities
