Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Scaffolding Learning Coach for a permanent role in Wythenshawe. You will coach and assess Level 2 Scaffolding apprentices through classroom, workshop and workplace delivery, developing personalised learning programmes and supporting end-point assessment readiness.

The role requires experience in coaching/assessing, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate learners across diverse environments. A flexible, learner-centred approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Coaching, mentoring and learner support experience.
• Delivery of training in classroom, workshop and workplace settings.
• Ability to plan and track learner progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, mentoring and learner interventions for scaffolding apprentices.
• Deliver engaging training in classroom, workshop and workplace environments.
• Develop individualized learning programmes covering occupational skills, knowledge and behaviours, including Maths and English.
