One of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers is looking for a passionate Scaffolding Learner Coach to join their growing team.
The Learning Coach will support the apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship. This will consist of coaching and mentoring sessions, knowledge delivery out in the workplace. You will work closely with other Learning coach's to ensure that the skills and knowledge learnt in the classroom will be embedded in the workplace. You will take part in discussions with employers to build good relationships and be involved in updating all parties on the apprentice's journey through progress reviews. You will be expected to embed maths and English into your delivery to ensure that learners that do not have the required level of Functional skills or equivalent can pass the exams.
