Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a Scaffolding Learning Coach to support apprentices on a Level 2 Scaffolding Apprenticeship Standard. The role involves coaching, mentoring, tutoring and assessing learners, with responsibility for knowledge and practical learning in the workplace.

The post is full-time (37 hours per week) with consideration for part-time applications. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £43,000, with a focus on flexible, effective learner support and progression.

Qualifications

• Level 2 in Scaffolding or higher in delivery area.
• Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or willingness to undertake.
• Ability to deliver high-quality coaching and learning delivery.
• Proven ability to engage and support learners to achieve qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners and conduct regular progress interventions.
• Ensure evidence of learning, funding and regulatory requirements is recorded on time.
• Deliver Maths, English and ICT where applicable to support progression.
• Plan End-Point Assessment with learners and employers.
• Foster safeguarding and promote wellbeing of learners and adults.
