Job summary

Zetec in Ellesmere Port is seeking Road Marking Operatives to join an established outdoor team. The role covers road marking and highway works across multiple sites, with a hands-on approach and a permanent contract.

You will carry out marking, operate road marking machinery, apply markings, and ensure safety while working on live highways. Valid CSCS, full UK driving licence, and a practical, team-focused attitude are required; experience in outdoor/highways work is preferred.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in outdoor/highways construction environment preferred.
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out road marking and line marking works.
• Applying road markings using specialist equipment and materials.
• Assisting with installation/removal of road studs and highway products.
• Preparing surfaces prior to marking.
• Operating road marking machinery and equipment.
• Using hand tools safely and loading/unloading materials.
• Setting up/clearing work areas and maintaining equipment.
