Perm Recruitment Consultant

• We have opportunities to join our UK, Germany or US teams.

The role

• You will build and run a specialist perm desk within one of our high growth markets. This will be a warm desk with live roles.
• You will own a niche, develop strong relationships and deliver a high quality process for both clients and candidates. We are consultants not recruiters.
• You will have flexibility in your week, but we want to grow together in our Cardiff office. Collaboration is a big part of how we win.

• Trainee £30k
• Consultant £35k
• Senior Consultant £40k
• Principal / Lead Consultant £45k
• Senior Principal / Team Leader £50k
• Principal Director / Senior Team Leader £55k
• Senior Principal Director / Manager £60k
