Seetec in the CFO Evolution programme is hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) on a long-term fixed-term contract based in Exeter & Barnstaple Community. You will carry out assessments, deliver tailored interventions, and support participants to address their individual needs while reducing reoffending risk.

The role involves managing a caseload with safeguarding focus, reporting changes to Probation, and delivering both one-to-one and group interventions to help reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Carry out effective assessments and deliver tailored interventions.
• Manage a caseload with oversight of risk and safeguarding.
• Deliver one-to-one and group interventions to aid reintegration.
• Prepare participants for release and support transition back to the community.
• Travel regularly across the designated cluster for caseload management, service delivery and meetings.
