Job summary

Seetec is hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a long-term Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2028. You will assess needs, deliver tailored interventions, and build relationships with stakeholders in custodial settings to reduce reoffending risk.

You will manage a caseload with strong emphasis on safeguarding, reporting changes in risk to Probation Service, and coordinating with housing, health and substance misuse services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering one-to-one and group interventions.
• Ability to travel across the designated cluster for caseload management.
• Commitment to safeguarding and risk management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Deliver one-to-one and group interventions with motivational support.
• Complete pre-release and through-the-gate support, including assessment and action-plans.
