Job summary

Seetec is hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) for the CFO Evolution programme based at HMP Guys Marsh / Poole Community on a long-term Fixed Term Contract through December 2028. The role involves carrying out assessments, delivering interventions, managing a caseload, and safeguarding adults and children.

You will travel across the cluster, work with peer mentors, and connect participants to housing, substance misuse support, and healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Carry out effective assessments.
• Deliver tailored interventions to participants.
• Build relationships with custodial stakeholders.
• Manage caseload with risk oversight.
• Prepare participants for release and community reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one and group interventions.
• Travel across the designated cluster for caseload management.
• Coordinate with peer mentors and volunteers.
• Report changes in risk to Probation Service.
• Safeguard adults and children in line with policies.
