Job summary

Seetec Business Technology Centre is recruiting a Support Worker (Peripatetic) on a long-term Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2028 to support CFO Evolution participants in custodial and community settings. The role is based at HMP Leyhill, Gloucestershire, with a 37-hour week, 8:30am–5:00pm and travel across the South West cluster.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants across custody and community settings.
• Deliver pre-release work, through-the-gate support, assessments, and tailored action plans.
• Record accurate participant data in line with contractual and financial requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Coordinate risk management with safeguarding adults and children.
• Implement safeguarding policies in all delivery aspects.
• Lead assessments and activities to enable positive change and reduce re-offending.
• Collaborate with peer mentors/volunteers to access housing and health services.
• Contribute to learning and sharing best practices among colleagues.
• Comply with health, safety and information security policies.
• Travel regularly across the allocated cluster for caseload management and meetings.
