Job summary

Aries Global is seeking a performance marketing leader to own and scale paid channels across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and programmatic. You will manage budgets, bids, audiences and creative testing, while building landing pages and conversion paths to drive MQLs, demos and revenue.

You will establish tracking, attribution and dashboards across GA4, Tag Manager and CRM, and lead campaigns that leverage AI tooling to outperform competitors.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical foundation with track record in paid media and reported results.
• Ability to own ambiguity, build mental models, and drive campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience in high-growth environments and managing multi-channel paid strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own paid performance across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and programmatic channels.
• Manage budgets, bidding, audiences and creative testing to hit CAC, CPL and pipeline targets.
• Set up measurement, tracking, attribution and dashboards across GA4, Tag Manager and CRM.
• Plan and run campaigns for multiple group companies and optimize landing pages and forms.
• Collaborate on SEO and website performance to amplify paid and organic channels.
