Job summary

Dex is hiring a hands-on growth marketer to own our paid channels, including Google Search, LinkedIn and Meta, and to scale campaigns across multiple markets. You will partner with an in-house creative team and data analysts to brief creatives, test approaches, and drive high-quality candidates and clients.

You’ll expand into new channels and tools, including AI-driven solutions, while maintaining rigorous tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on in performance marketing with real budgets across paid search and paid social.
• Experience with Meta and LinkedIn advertising is highly valued.
• Experience at a tech company or strong agency background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Search, LinkedIn and Meta: budgets, bidding, audiences, day-to-day optimisation.
• Launch campaigns quickly and run tests across audiences, formats and landing pages.
• Ensure tracking and attribution are accurate and feed quality signals back to platforms.
