Job summary

Horsham District Council is seeking a Performance Officer to join the Finance and Performance Department to use data and insight to inform decisions and improve services for residents. You will coordinate collection, analysis and reporting of performance, projects and risk information, develop dashboards, maintain our corporate performance management system and provide guidance on reporting requirements and data quality.

This role supports decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment with proven data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to identify trends and provide meaningful insights to managers and leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, analysis and reporting of performance, projects and risks.
• Develop performance dashboards and maintain the corporate performance system.
• Provide guidance on reporting requirements and data quality.
• Assist in publishing performance and governance information.
