Job summary

Slough Borough Council is seeking an experienced Housing Performance and Improvement Analyst to support the recovery and transformation of our NEC Housing Management System. You will analyse data, map processes and design efficient, compliant, citizen-focused ways of working.

You will run stakeholder workshops, develop Power BI dashboards, and identify automation opportunities while leveraging SQL and Microsoft Office across Housing Services. This role is hybrid with in-office days in Slough.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or local government analysis roles.
• Strong knowledge of housing management systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support recovery and transformation of NEC Housing Management System.
• Gather requirements and design efficient, compliant processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and map current/future processes.
• Analyse operational data and develop performance reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improved data quality.
