Job summary

Horsham District Council is seeking a Performance Officer to support the Finance and Performance Department in using data and insight to inform decisions and improve services for residents and stakeholders.

You will coordinate performance, project and risk information, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality and timely reporting to managers and senior leaders, contributing to the Council’s continuous improvement agenda.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data and turning it into meaningful insights for managers and senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise a demanding workload and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, analysis and reporting of performance, project and risk information.
• Develop performance dashboards and maintain the corporate performance management system.
• Provide guidance on reporting requirements and data quality to stakeholders.
