Job summary

Cardiff Council is seeking an Operational Manager for Performance, Engagement & Insight within the Strategy, Performance & Transformation Directorate. The role will manage the Corporate Performance Framework, the Cardiff Research & Engagement Centre, and the council’s business analysis and business intelligence functions to support the change programme and evidence‑led decision making.

You will work with senior managers, Cabinet and partner organisations to improve data quality and insights,

Qualifications

• Experience of change management and transformation with evidence‑led decision making.
• Experience in performance management and setting evaluation measures.
• Strong communication and writing skills for reports and briefings.
