Job summary

Bield Housing & Care is seeking an Assurance and Performance Officer to join the Assurance and Business Planning team. Based in Central Scotland (Edinburgh or Glasgow) with the option to work remotely and occasional travel, the role focuses on turning data into insight to monitor performance and manage risk.

You will report to the Performance and Quality Co-ordinator, prepare performance reports, support regulatory returns, and maintain risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Preparing performance reports that identify trends, explain results and highlight areas for action.
• Supporting regulatory returns, benchmarking and reporting to senior management, committees and the Board.
• Co-ordinating internal audit programme to co-ordinate activities and monitor progress against agreed actions.
• Maintaining risk registers and working with colleagues to keep risk information up to date.
• Building effective relationships across teams to resolve queries and meet reporting deadlines.
