Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College is recruiting for a People Team wellbeing lead to shape and drive the employee wellbeing agenda across the campus. The role focuses on developing initiatives aligned with organisational priorities and using workforce data to inform future activity.

You will design an annual wellbeing programme spanning physical, mental, financial and social topics, deliver campaigns and provide guidance to managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Ability to analyse workforce data and feedback to inform strategy.
• Experience coordinating annual wellbeing programmes and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
• Use workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends, evaluate outcomes and inform future wellbeing activity
• Design and coordinate an annual wellbeing programme covering physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing topics
• Deliver wellbeing campaigns, events, workshops and awareness activities throughout the year
• Provide professional wellbeing advice and guidance to managers and employees
• Work closely with People Team colleagues, Occupational Health providers, senior leaders and external partners to deliver wellbeing objectives
• Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks and resources that support employee wellbeing
• Promote preventative approaches to health and wellbeing and encourage early intervention where appropriate
• Produce engaging communications that raise awareness of available wellbeing resources and initiatives
• Keep up to date with emerging trends, legislation and best practice within employee wellbeing
