Job summary

Hartpury University and College in Gloucestershire seeks a proactive wellbeing lead within the People Team. You will drive the employee wellbeing agenda, shaping the annual programme across physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing, using data and feedback to tailor initiatives and measure impact.

Work with managers, Occupational Health and external partners to deliver campaigns, campaigns, workshops and awareness activities while promoting accessible wellbeing resources across the campus

Qualifications

• Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating wellbeing initiatives or programmes.
• Experience delivering workshops, campaigns or awareness events.
• Ability to analyse data, identify themes and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.

Job description

This is an exciting newly created role within the People Team, offering a unique opportunity to shape and drive Hartpury's employee wellbeing agenda You will:

• Lead the development and implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
• Use workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends, evaluate outcomes and inform future wellbeing activity
• Design and coordinate an annual wellbeing programme covering a range of physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing topics
• Deliver wellbeing campaigns, events, workshops and awareness activities throughout the year
• Provide professional wellbeing advice and guidance to managers and employees
• Work closely with People Team colleagues, Occupational Health providers, senior leaders and external partners to deliver wellbeing objectives
• Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks and resources that support employee wellbeing
• Promote preventative approaches to health and wellbeing and encourage early intervention where appropriate
• Produce engaging communications that raise awareness of available wellbeing resources and initiatives
• Keep up to date with emerging trends, legislation and best practice within employee wellbeing
• Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating wellbeing initiatives or programmes
• Experience of delivering workshops, training sessions, campaigns or awareness events
• The ability to analyse data, identify themes and make evidence based recommendations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
• Effective organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of employee wellbeing, workplace health and relevant employment related legislation
• A proactive and solutions focused approach to improving the employee experience
• The ability to build productive working relationships across different departments
