Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College are seeking an organised administrative assistant to support the Farm Director and the Farm team. You will maintain accurate farm records, assist with purchasing, reporting and general administrative processes, and coordinate meetings and communications.

You will hold GCSEs in English and Maths, have experience in administration, and be confident with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience with ability to manage priorities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Farm Director and Farm team.

£5,132 – £5,413 per annum, based on an FTE of £25,660 - £27,069 per annum

7.5 hours per wee k, with flexibility on the day worked

About the Role
  • Providing administrative support to the Farm Director and wider Farm team
  • Maintaining accurate farm records, documentation and compliance information
  • Supporting purchasing, reporting and general administrative processes
  • Coordinating meetings, communications and key administrative activities
  • Assisting with audits, inspections and annual farm reporting requirements
About You
  • You will hold GSCEs in English & Maths (or equivalent)
  • You will have previous administrative experience, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • You will be confident using Microsoft Office and other digital systems
  • You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and and customer-focused approach
