Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College is seeking an Estates Data and Systems Officer to drive informed decisions through effective management, analysis and reporting of estates data. You will support systems that underpin campus management and transform complex information into actionable insights.

You will work with colleagues across departments to improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities and maximise information value, identify process improvements, monitor estate performance,

Responsibilities

  • Help manage, analyse and report estates and operational data to inform decisions.
  • Support development and improvement of systems underpinning estate management.

Estates Data and Systems Officer

£28,561 - £32,154 per annum

37.5 hours per week

About the Role
  • Play a key role in helping Hartpury make informed decisions through the effective management, analysis and reporting of estates and operational data
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of systems that underpin the management of our diverse campus estate
  • Transform complex information into meaningful insights, reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision making
  • Work with colleagues across a variety of departments to improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities and maximise the value of information available across the organisation
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system performance and drive efficiencies through better use of technology and data
  • Support the monitoring of estate performance, space utilisation, projects and operational activities, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information
  • Contribute to the successful management of several key business systems, supporting users and helping to develop more effective ways of working
