Halfords is seeking an experienced Programme Manager - People Change to govern and deliver a complex workforce transformation portfolio. This fixed-term, hybrid role combines hands-on delivery with integrated planning, governance, risk management and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in programme, transformation, business change management or similar.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery management capability.
• Experience partnering with HR, People Change, Organisation Development or Transformation teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and drive integrated programme plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain robust programme governance and reporting.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans.
• Produce high-quality materials for governance forums and leadership.
• Drive accountability and delivery discipline across stakeholders.
• Support organisation effectiveness and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor progress and provide clear recommendations for delivery success.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
