Zusammenfassung

Safetech is seeking a part-time HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Rayleigh team. The role covers the full employee journey—from advertising vacancies, CV screening and interviews, to contracts, onboarding and HR support. It is an on-site, Monday-to-Friday position with school-friendly hours (9:00am–3:00pm).

You will work closely with Directors and managers to recruit great people, maintain HR processes and ensure a welcoming employee experience across the company.

Qualifikationen

• Previous HR or recruitment experience required.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment activity.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Hours suit school-friendly schedule (Mon-Fri 9:00–15:00).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the full recruitment process with directors and department managers.
• Prepare job descriptions and adverts, advertise vacancies, monitor applications.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone/virtual interviews; participate in second-stage interviews.
• Manage candidate communication, offers and rejections.
• Prepare and issue offers, contracts and new starter docs.
• Obtain references and right-to-work docs; complete pre-employment checks.
• Coordinate onboarding with line managers including start dates and training.
• Maintain HR files and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support managers with performance, development and absence matters.
• Escalate complex HR issues to Directors or HR support as needed.
