Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including interview feedback, offers and rejections.

Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts and new starter documentation.

Obtain references, right-to-work documentation and other required pre-employment checks.

Coordinate new starter arrangements with line managers, including start dates, equipment, system access and training schedules.

Assist with grievance and disciplinary procedures, including preparing documentation, attending meetings and taking accurate notes where required.

Escalate complex or sensitive employee matters to Directors or external HR/employment-law support where appropriate.

Coordinate the employee leaving process, including documentation, exit interviews, company property, system access and HR records.

Help maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, templates, recruitment processes and onboarding practices.

Support employee engagement, retention and other internal company initiatives.

Maintain complete confidentiality and ensure employee information is handled appropriately at all times.
