Job summary

Cora Health Group is seeking a People Systems Specialist to provide day-to-day expert support for iTrent and other People systems. You will manage system records, user access, and workflows, resolve faults, and coordinate upgrades, with a focus on data accuracy and self-service improvements.

Hybrid working is available, and the role includes training colleagues, producing user guides, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. Experience with iTrent is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Provides day-to-day specialist support for iTrent and People systems.
• Maintains system records, user access, approval workflows and data accuracy.
• Supports upgrades, testing and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day specialist support and guidance to iTrent and People system users
• Maintaining organisational structures, system settings, user access, approval workflows and system records
• Investigating system issues, resolving them where possible and escalating to suppliers and IM&T
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding systems, including workflows, templates, candidate communications and compliance tracking
• Working with People teams to simplify processes, reduce manual administration and improve self-service
• Coordinating and testing system updates, upgrades and enhancements before implementation
• Producing and supporting standard reports, data extracts and system audits to improve data accuracy
• Creating user guides and delivering system training to colleagues
• Contributing to People systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives
