Job summary

Coastland College in Weymouth is seeking a part-time People Systems & Data Coordinator to lead the HRIS (iTrent) administration and drive digital transformation across People Services. You will develop system configurations, automate workflows and produce workforce insights to inform decision-making.

The role partners with Payroll, Finance and MIS, delivering training and supporting governance, data quality and audit readiness to enable an efficient employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR, payroll or workforce systems.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Keen eye for data quality, governance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead administrator and SME for iTrent HRIS.
• Maintain system configuration, workflows, forms, templates and permissions.
• Drive continuous improvement of people systems and digital ways of working.
• Ensure data accuracy, security and audit readiness.
• Develop dashboards and MI for workforce insights.
• Support integration with Payroll, Finance and MIS.
• Provide training and guidance to managers on People systems.
