Job summary

Family Action is seeking an HR Systems Manager to lead the development and improvement of our HR information system, iTrent. The role is permanent and part-time (29.6 hours per week) with hybrid working from London (N1) or home-based in the UK.

You will work with HR and Payroll teams to enhance system functionality, test new modules, and drive automated processes while supporting organisational change and robust HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience administering and maintaining an HRIS.
• Experience configuring HR systems to meet complex organisational requirements.
• Experience in providing guidance, training and coaching to HR colleagues and managers.
