Family Action is seeking an HR Systems Manager (part-time, 29.6 hours/week) to lead the HR information system (iTrent) development and optimisation. Hybrid London/home-based with attendance in the London office twice weekly. You’ll work with HR, Payroll and Operations to improve processes and reporting.

Required: strong HRIS experience, system development and CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent). Flexibility and commitment to equality and inclusion encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and maintaining an HRIS.
• Ability to configure systems to complex org changes.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into system solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and enhancement of the HR information system (iTrent).
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Operations for improvements.
• Improve reporting and training to maximise system use.
• Support organisational change and new service implementations.
