You will lead the HRIS (iTrent) administration, ensuring secure, accurate data and delivering insights for decision-making across People Services, Payroll and Finance.

Qualifications

• Has experience working with HR, payroll, business or workforce systems.
• Enjoys analysing data and using insight to support better decision-making.
• Has strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Is confident interpreting, analysing and presenting workforce information.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead administrator and subject matter expert for the College's HR Information System (iTrent).
• Maintain and develop system configuration, workflows, forms, templates and user permissions.
• Lead the continuous improvement of people systems, processes and digital ways of working.
• Ensure workforce data is accurate, reliable, secure and audit-ready.
• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, management information and reporting solutions.
• Produce meaningful workforce insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
