Job summary

Coastland College is seeking a proactive People Systems & Data Coordinator to lead the HR information system (iTrent), maintain data integrity and develop dashboards. You will collaborate with People Services, Payroll, Finance and MIS to enable data‑driven decision making and automation across two campuses.

You will drive continuous improvement, training and governance to enhance employee experience, reporting and workforce planning. Experience with iTrent is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Has experience with HR, payroll or workforce systems and data analysis.
• Able to interpret and present workforce information clearly.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead administrator for the HRIS (iTrent) and oversee system configuration.
• Develop and maintain system configurations, workflows and user permissions.
• Drive continuous improvement of people systems and automate reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, security and audit readiness across workforce information.
• Create dashboards and MI to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing and rollouts with stakeholders.
