The Royal Horticultural Society is seeking a permanent People Systems Administrator to support HR, learning, engagement and volunteer systems across the organisation. You will handle system queries, resolve access issues and ensure accurate data and reporting in a hybrid role for 35 hours per week.

The role focuses on administering and developing People Systems, including iTrent, Learning Pool, Culture Amp and Better Impact, delivering high quality customer service and reporting.
