Coastland College is seeking a proactive People Systems & Data Coordinator to lead the administration of iTrent, improve systems and deliver insightful workforce reporting. You will work across People Services, Payroll and Finance to enhance data quality and automate processes, helping drive smarter decisions and better employee experiences.

The role requires strong data analysis, excellent stakeholder collaboration and a passion for digital transformation in a college setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with HR, payroll or workforce systems.
• Excellent data analysis skills to support decision-making.
• Strong Excel and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead administrator for the HR Information System (iTrent).
• Develop and maintain system configurations, workflows and user permissions.
• Lead continuous improvement of people systems and digital ways of working.
• Produce workforce dashboards and management information for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve user experience.
